ms. elizabeth, the front desk manager, was more than competent in making sure our stay in the hotel was comfortable. we were thrilled to have valuable items returned to us promptly by security officer jeff. the room was spacious, beds comfortable, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. the hotel's location is perfect for visiting attractions, and the hotel supplied forgotten items like toothbrushes for free. everything was impeccably clean and lovely.

I chose Grand Hyatt for its close proximity to the Smithsonian museums and the White House, but was pleasantly surprised by the diverse dining options. Cure Bar & Bistro offered an excellent selection of international dishes and wines, making dining easy and enjoyable.
Minor issues with room amenities.

Great location, near subway and tourist spots. Comfortable beds, large TV, well-equipped fitness center. Good breakfast options and nice pool.
Felt quite safe, nothing too much trouble.
